Brad Halter
Brad, a third generation Realtor, manages the Residential, Commercial, Relocation and Property Management Groups and is the President of Coldwell Banker Caine and Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine.
Licensed since 1978, Brad is a past Director of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, past President of the Association’s Multiple Listing Service, and past Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee. He is currently a member of the South Carolina Association of Realtors Board of Directors, serves on the Greenville Hospital System Advisory Board, a director of the Community Bank, BankGreenville, President of the Downtown Area Partnership and is a member of the board of directors of the Greenville Convention and Visitors Bureau.
He is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, the Long Range Facilties committee at Christ Church, and is a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals.
